1. Terms of Use

Access and use of devbizpro.biz are subject to these terms and conditions. By browsing our website, you agree to these terms without reservation.

2. Service Terms

DevBizPro delivers custom enterprise systems and business applications tailored to the needs of organizations globally.

Quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 15 days. An order is confirmed upon written approval and initial payment according to the stated terms.

3. Payment Policy

Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card via our secure checkout.
A 40% deposit is required upon quote confirmation.
The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the agreed solution.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our services, any project that has begun or is scheduled cannot be refunded, as per our service guidelines.

For cancellations before the project start date, the following policy applies:

Cancellation more than 14 days in advance: 75% of the deposit will be returned.
Cancellation between 14 and 7 days: 40% will be refunded.
Cancellation less than 7 days in advance: no refund available.

5. Limitation of Liability

DevBizPro is not liable for delays or errors caused by third parties or force majeure. Our solutions are based on provided information and current industry standards.

6. Intellectual Property

All content (texts, logos, design) are the exclusive property of DevBizPro. Any reproduction is prohibited without prior written consent.

7. Disputes and Governing Law

In the event of a dispute, amicable resolution will be prioritized. Failing agreement, only the courts in Singapore shall have jurisdiction. Singaporean law applies.
